I started shooting this roll over a weekend in the Mammoth area. Carter, Malcolm, Liz, Will, and I went rock climbing at a spot called "potato patch."
Carter's whip
We bailed from the potato patch because it started thunder storming. We headed for the hot springs, and found one kind of in the eye of the storm. It was dumping rain and lightning in the distance all around us, but cool and calm at the tub.

I spent about 10 days in San Francisco while we were evacuated from Yosemite due to wildfire. Most of those days were spent in this dude's garage trying to fix a leak on my panhead. Sean's a true hoss always down to help a brother out.

Sara flew out from North Carolina, and we hiked to Vogelsang Lake. We caught a bunch of trout, saw some bears, and swam in alpine lakes. I only got a few photos, though, because my camera started messing up while we were in the high country.
